Graduate Geoenvironmental Engineer required for at least 3 months in Staffordshire. Immediate start

Assisting with production of technical remediation strategies, verification reports, sectional handover form reviews, materials management plans, compliance with method statements and risk assessments.

Delivery of projects:
• Working with site personnel to ensure projects are implemented safely
• Monitoring electronic and analogue environmental monitors and ensuring control measures are implemented where required
• Direct and undertake site activities such as excavations and validation testing etc
• Carrying out verification contamination sampling, scheduling laboratory analysis and assessing results
• Arranging laboratory analytical tests of surface, groundwater and earthworks testing
• Waste recording including classification and managing duty of care for disposal
• Updating progress plans and
• Maintaining and using equipment such as PID, noise meter, muti-parameter probes etc
• Ensure site records are kept up to date (e.g., stockpile registers, validation records, sample location drawings)
• Overseeing material movements and compliance against the project specification and remediation strategy
• Ongoing liaison with clients’ representatives or third-party verification engineers
