Role: Carry out logging operations and write reports on data collected, resulting in a mix of field and office based activities. Field operations will involve travelling to site and working with the site teams, predominately on ground investigation or utility (water industry) projects. Engineer will be in charge of operating the logging equipment to obtain the geophysical data. Office roles will involve report writing and field prep duties. Training will be provided for all aspects of the job.
Requirements: Earth science based degree; good I.T skills desirable; ability to work in challenging outdoor conditions. Must be able to demonstrate strong timekeeping and communication skills and display initiative to overcome problems encountered in the field.
Salary: 22 24k, depending on experience. Bonus scheme offered after probationary period.
